There are no limits to your possibilities.
There are five states of attention:
- restlessness with fluctuating attention
- laziness with no motivation
- distraction by internal or external events
- single focused concentration with flowing energy
- continuous flawless concentration
What is preventing you from being as successful and as happy as you want to be?
Understanding where your needs and wants stem from enables you to decide whether keeping or removing a particular desire is beneficial to you.
A regular meditation practice will help you develop the ability to have a single-pointed focus whereby you can learn to examine your priorities and tap into the source of wisdom that exists within you.
As the mind ceases to flit from one thought to another and is no longer influenced by emotions or your interpretation of interactions and events, you will find that peace and creativity will replace the obstacles that you have carried with you either knowingly or unconsciously.
Mindful moments increase and it becomes easier to free your mind from rehashing the past, both recent or distant, and release any lingering emotions that warp your ability to see life clearly and without misinterpretation.
Flawless concentration carries forward into your interactions, thoughts, and all choices that you make, not just in your meditation session.
The result is unconditional acceptance of who you are.
You are a wonderful amazing individual with no limits except those that you place in front of you. Have confidence in your abilities. Believe in yourself and what you are capable of. Soar as high as you can imagine and let your bright light shine.
